In this two hour workshop, Elizabeth will guide you through strategies to develop your drum solo technique & grow in your audience engagement!

Dancers have the option to take the full two hour workshop, or select a specific hour/focus. Read on below:

Hour 1: 12:30-1:30 pm focuses on tremendous technique, stabilization & body mechanics, musicality & how to select appropriate movements for your music.

Hour 2: 1:30-2:30 pm geared toward more advanced dancers & those who like a challenge, will focus on sharp isolations, navigating high speed music, stage presence, & little details that wow!
