Let your hands tell the story!

In this two hour workshop, Elizabeth will guide dancers of all levels through exploration of self expression via arms, hands, framing, and movement pathways.

Hour 1: 12:00-1:00 pm focuses on technique, posture, framing, and bringing energy throughout the hands to add elegance to one’s movement.

Hour 2: 1:00-2:00 pm focuses on timing, suspension, & creative play with shapes.

Participants will leave this workshop with more upper body awareness & a greater sense of creativity within arm & hand work.
